MOGS developed the concept of a crude oil storage and blending facility in Saldanha starting in 2011 and reached various milestones, when they were approached by Oiltanking Gmbh, to acquire a 50% stake in the project.
MOGS and Black Rhino are joint-venture partners in The Horn of Africa Pipeline, a 550km multiproduct fuel pipeline project to supply diesel, gasoline and jet fuel to meet landlocked Ethiopia’s growing demand.
MOGS subsidiary, COGS, a Mozambican-registered company, of which MOGS owns 75% of COGS with the balance being owned by a Mozambique company called Gasoils which represents the local partner’s interests.
